How do I place an Order?

Shopping on Shoprite is easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below: Click on to add this product to your cart, Click on ‘cart’ in the top right corner, Click on the check-out option, Enter your billing information, Choose your preferred payment option, Click on place order to complete your order. Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it by notifying you via email, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need to have an account to shop with us. You just select your desired product and enter your billing details for the order to be processed

How Can I Return a Product?

We accept returns on conditions of malfunction and Items can be returned within 30 days from the day of delivery.
